Oswego Community Christian School is proud to offer the Oswego community an exciting new Pre-School program! Children enrolled in our Pre-School not only learn the alphabet and sounds but also how to blend them into words! They learn how to count all the way up to twenty while also learning the concept of each number. Think this is too much for your young child? Think again! No child is left sitting still with our exciting learning games. Along with reading and numbers, children also learn about colors, shapes and God’s wonderful world around them.
Our Programs
4 YEAR OLD FIVE DAY A.M. PROGRAMFour year old children enrolled in all five mornings have the advantage of not only the introduction of subject matter, but also the review by joining our 3 year old program on Tuesday and Thursday morning. 4 YEAR OLD THREE DAY PROGRAMChildren meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9 AM – Noon. All new material will be introduced on these days, but review will take place at home. 3 YEAR OLD PROGRAMChildren meet on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9 AM – Noon. This choice is for a relaxed introduction to the school setting. Children learn all the essentials of preschool, yet do not have the full academic load. |
4 YEAR OLD FULL DAY PROGRAMWith this choice, 4 year old children enrolled in our morning program can join our kindergarten class at noon. They will have lunch, rest time, and an afternoon activity with the kindergartners in social studies or science. You can choose from one to five afternoons a week. A TYPICAL PRESCHOOL DAYThe mornings start at nine. Each day we have calendar time, Bible, phonics, writing, snack, numbers and activity time. Weather permitting, the children will spend time out on the school playground . On rainy days , our preschool has a large play area with an abundance of toys!
