Jennifer is a native to Oswego and now lives in Mexico, NY with her husband, Patrick, and their three children who attend OCCS. Jennifer is a graduate of SUNY Oswego where she obtained her undergraduate degree in secondary teaching in English and her Masters degree in English. Jennifer is also certified in teaching Students with Disabilities grades 1-12. Before taking on the 
Kelly Mahan
Pre K
I received a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Nazareth College.  My professional experience includes office management, counseling, and running a daycare.  I also bring a vast skillset to OCCS through my life experiences not the least of which was home-schooling all four of our children from pre-school through high school.  My husband and I have hosted 5 foreign exchange

I earned a BA in Sociology, with a minor in Social Work, from SUNY Oswego.  After working a few years at the Oswego County Dept of Social Services, I stayed at home to raise my three children with my husband Dave. After returning to the workforce, I taught gym at OCCS, and then worked as a Teaching assistant for several

I grew up in Colden, NY, a small town south of Buffalo. I went to SUNY Fredonia and received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Geo Science concentration. I met my future husband at Fredonia, who grew up in Oswego. My husband attended OCCS for the duration of his elementary school years. I started working at OCCS in 
Sherry Deloff
3rd & 4th Grade
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from S.U.N.Y. Oswego in 1986. After my youngest child started Kindergarten, I returned to S.U.N.Y.  Oswego and completed my Master’s degree in Education. Mathematics being a passion of mine, I also received permanent certification to teach Mathematics in New York State for grades K-12. I have 15+ years of experience in teaching

1st & 2nd Grade
I received a Bachelor of Science in Bible and Elementary Education from Baptist Bible College, a Master of Science in Advanced Teaching Techniques grades K-12 from Capella University, and a Master of Education Reading Specialist from Clark Summit University. OCCS is a wonderful place to teach because we strive to cultivate a loving environment while helping students reach academic excellence
